The Thermal Pad 3W/mK Series provides thermal interface solutions designed for efficient heat dissipation in electronics and power devices. These pads offer excellent thermal conductivity while remaining electrically insulating. They are ideal for transferring heat from VRMs and other heat-sensitive components to heatsinks or metal surfaces.
Available in multiple thicknesses, these pads combine easy handling, and consistent mechanical properties for reliable device cooling. Not recommended for subzero memory cooling.
